While I have the game in the background using other apps waiting for the queue, it hard locks and I have to end the task and restart the game. Doesn't seem to happen in any particular areas of the game. Haven't had this occur while in a game since I don't usually have the game in the background while in a match. I think it started a patch or two before this 4 heroes patch dropped.
