Game crashing when hovering character in select screen

Whenever I hover a character in the character select screen the game crashes. This happens for tutorial, sandbox, bot matches, and matchmaking. Updating drivers to the latest version has not fixed this issue.

PC specs:
CPU: Intel i9-14900KF
GPU: GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
OS: Windows 11 Home
