Game crashing when entering shop

I was playing as warden and my game was sarting to tank a little even though I (I believe ) above average pc and when I opened shop the game crashed . I was able to recreate it while testing out grey talon in the hero sandbox and by opening the shop the game crashed again . I atttributed the first crash to my pc heating up alot from continous play but I wasnt sure with the grey talon crash . any help ?

This is happening to me recently. I distinctly remember playing Dynamo and afterwards, it kept happening
