Game crashes when loading Streets map

When attempting to load the streets map in a normal game, or bots game, the game gets passed the loading screen and then closes entirely. I am able to load the default sandbox map.

After encountering the error I see an error related to scenesystem.dll.

Deleting video.txt cfg file solved the problem
