Game crashes to desktop after clicking to spectate game from "Watch Matches"

When I click "Watch" from the main menu and then one of the four games under "Watch Matches", the game will load and then crash a few seconds later.

Updated my NVidia drivers and still crashes. Tried a bot game and the game crashed towards the end of the match. Match 14793535

Im able to get into a replay but the moment I skip ahead to any moment it crashes
