game crashes/stutter

game crashes on rejoin with weird stutter, input lag, cant zoom in and stutter happens with every shot, movement is fine.

tried fixing by rerolling previous nvdia driver, survived one game without it. had to crash> rejoin but keeps crashing, restarting the PC did not help

update : rollback on windows update + previous version of nvidia seems to fix the problem
