Game crashes right after joining a party sometimes (Crash Dumps included)

My friend's game crashes a couple of seconds after joining a party. This issue occurs sometimes but not always. Once the crash happens (usually the first time he opens deadlock that day), it usually does not occur again for the rest of the day. I uploaded the crash dumps here that I got from him. (the most recent dump is from today December 26th)

normally takes a few minutes to join the game for me, when i enter the game can play without problem but has no value anymore and i ate 2 bans in a row
