Game crashes on launch/startup

Pretty much what the title says, tried using both -dx11 and -vulkan launch options, updating to the latest nvidia driver, rolling back to a december 2023 driver after a clean DDU uninstall and i'm still having the same issue.
Specs are NVIDIA RTX 3060ti, ryzen 5 5600x, 32gb ddr4 3200mhz running on Windows 10
Already tried moving the game to a different drive, verifying the files and redownloading it entirely

I have the same issue, rebooting seems to fix it, but only once per reboot.

Just letting you guys know that i was able to get the game to launch however only after doing a clean windows 11 install. I guess my previous windows 10 install had some kind of driver or software that was conflicting with the game.
