Game crashes on first launch of the day

The game lately has been crashing on the first time i launch it after starting my computer, the opening cinematic plays, and the main menu comes up for about a second then it crashes. have system specs and screen recording of the issue if needed.

Mine just crashed while in match making today, never happened before

Also crashed and after re-connect on the server - all abilities in gray, no sound of my shots, some sound bugs, and scope bug on vindicta
