Game crashes me, and other players, when swapping someone through wall as paradox

Game crashes sometimes in hectic fights when swapping someone through a wall. People close to the event, also crash.

As seen, at least two teammembers crash at the same time.

This happened a few times the past week. This time I was able to rejoin, sometimes I'm not.
