game crashes gpu driver? only happens while playing shiv

this happened on 3 separate occasions. when i'm playing shiv sometimes when things are a bit chaotic and there's a lot going on the game crashes, but it does it in a weird way? both my monitors go black and show a "no image" message, as if nothing was connected to them, but i can still hear the game (although it sounds frozen) and other stuff like discord vc. only thing that works is a restart. someone told me that theres a windows shortcuc to restart the driver itself but i haven't tried it yet. a weird issue thats hard to replicate
