Game crashes because of missing file

Game sometimes crashes when entering a game because of the error shown in the pic. This is also getting annoying because verifying integrity to fix the issue doesnt work (verification never really start), forcing me to uninstall and reinstall to be able to open the game resulting in taking way too long to reconnect and getting me banned for longer and longer times.

Adding that now the game crashes everytime I press play showing the same corrupt file error.

This issue has been around due to problems with RAM sticks.
