Game crashes and requires file validation in order to run again

This has been happening every game to the point where my account is now banned. When it crashes I revalidate the files and it usually requires me to restart steam or my pc in order for the validate files to work.

Please help or maybe remove penalties on my account. Of the games I have played ~20-30% crash with this error.

System: Ryzen 5 3600, Radeon RX 580, Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO WIFI, 16GB DDR4
