Game crashed and now im in low priority match making

Game crashed (froze after lobby during initial deployment to lanes, took OS with it). Now, I'm in low priority match making. Between this, and other events like this, and watching other people either cheat or prematurely leave (intentionally or otherwise), I'm starting to feel like this game is a waste of time. I understand it's in beta, but I shouldn't be punished as a participant.

I encountered the same issue just now after my second match (during the game). The screen froze, took me to the game's start menu, and everything became unresponsive with no option to re-enter the game. The entire system was frozen; while I could use Ctrl + Escape or Ctrl + Alt + Delete, I couldn’t proceed beyond opening those screens. Somehow, the game also caused the OS (Windows 11 Pro) to become unresponsive. As a result of this issue, I received a temporary ban and was placed in low-priority matchmaking.
