Game crash

Hello, in my game (MATCH 26951842) my game juste crash after 5-10mns and i try to rejoin the game game and then it crash again. I restart my computer and want to rejoin and then the game crash again. Finaly i lost the game cause its impossible to win a 5v6. Can i get my elo lost back ?

I also just got my almost first or maybe second game crush then i was banned from ranked i mean cant it distinguish if it is game app crash issue or just rage quit ?
