Game crash when attempting to spectate Amber Patron

Game consistently crashes to desktop upon attempting to spectate the Amber Patron.

While holding Alt to use the mouse, clicking on the Amber Patron icon on the minimap to spectate it results in immediate CTD. No other objectives appear to have this issue.

I found that when I tried to change camera angles while spectating a live game with C I crashed.
