Hello, I've been playing Deadlock a lot lately, and haven't had any noticeable issues thus far. However today was the first time, I received a crash that gave me a black screen during a match while playing as Seven, however nothing noteable happened to have caused the crash. I couldn't do anything on my computer except open Task Manager. When I did that, there wasn't even a process to kill. Fortunately I still had access to my Windows bar, so I could Sign Out without rebooting. That process brought back my control and got rid of the black screen.
The Match ID is 9542861, and this crash also caused me to suffer a 30 minute leaver penalty, which was a tad annoying to discover seeing as how this was no fault of my own. It's 30 minutes so it's nothing really to be upset about and I understand a leaver penalty, but I have never been fond of being punished for things beyond my control or intention. Surely there is a way to detect that a disconnect was intentional or not, no?
