Game crashing in Client and can't load Tutorial character try out option section thing.

I checked Event Viewer and found this error a few times
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID and APPID
Removed the Codes let me know if you need them
Also got a few
"A corrected hardware error has occurred."
