\game\citadel\map\dl_midtown.vpk is corrupt error

I've been having this issue for almost a week now, every time I try to play a game I get the same error message (in the picture). My game crashes, and it doesn't let me validate my files until the game is over so I end up getting a ban. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? I've tried a bunch of fixes I saw online but nothing seems to be working, now if my game crashes during a match I won't be able to try again for a whole 24 hours, so each fix takes a whole day to test.
Things I've tried:
Uninstalling reinstalling twice
Validating files every time I start the game
When my game crashes, delete the file that seems to be causing the issue, and reinstalling it on launch
Playing around with my memory settings so my memory usage in less harsh on my pc

Have the same issue here, got banned for 6 hours for this because couldn't recconect as integrity verifying stuck at 0%. Have it every 2-3 games, impossible to play.
It's incredibly frustrating that we have such issues with game and Valve giving 4-6 hour bans for living normal, not even rated games...
Please fix this or write how to fix it ourselves.
Really love game and want to play it but with this issue it's impossible to enjoy it.
