Game Can't open ( AMD + Map pre load Problem)

The game open, loading screen apears , warning in the midle of the screen [Outdated AMD driver, Update them] game closes as soon as the map pre loading start happening, tested all the starting game launtch commands, but they only seem to delay the inevitable, the game was working fine before the update, just a bit laggy, but i never had a hard crash like this, also i had this problem since the map pre loading update came, but i couldn't make a forum post because my game was not opening, but after several launch options i got time enouth to get my forum account
