So couple stories short I was watching my friends game, when I noticed a dynamo doing something weird with Golden Goose Egg.
Essentially he held it for 33 minutes, popped it, got a load of buffs (as is intended) - Then what he would do is buy and sell the egg (spamming it) whilst also spamming the keybind to use the egg.
This would do is give him a number of buffs every time he would buy and sell / use the egg - He ended the game on 8k health

After trying it for myself, I managed to replicate this, as shown in the video below:
