Bug description: every so often, usually every 3-4 minutes or so from what I can tell, my game will suddenly accelerate for about 1 second. At this point everything will freeze and I'm moving around pretty fast while everything else is frozen. I cant interact with the rest of the game in this state. after this my character mover around like normal for 2-3 seconds but the rest of the game is still frozen. after this, I "time travel" or rubber band or whatever back to wherever I was before I initially accelerated. This very very often happens during a critical moment like a tower dive or an important fight and I just get killed cause I'm standing there like an idiot on their screen.
Has been happening since I started playing back when they opened it up by steam requests. I tried reinstalling, updating drivers, just about everything I could think of. Its not an internet problem, I have moved across the country and the bug has persisted. This has never happened to me in any game.
Feels like I'm a stand user but instead of doing anything useful I just grief myself
Specs: 3070, i7 7700k
