Fused armour

Add a t3 that fuses the bullet and magic armours, but you don't get extra armour from them.

Does it require the 2 armors to get it? If so, it's like a 5.5k item. I think it could work but multiple upgrades of 1 item might not be good... unless buying one upgrade prevents you from buying the other.

Too good in late game situation. And not too expensive to justify that. Why would you want to get general type of armor upgrade? You can get lacking resistances from items, get this armor and have additional green item slot, which is big.

You could make the Convergence Armor, it would cost 6200 and you would need to have the advanced ballistic armor and the advanced spiritual armor and it would give the resistance of both armors.

Name: Convergence Armor.
Class: Vitality
Price: $6200
Requirements: advanced ballistic armor and advanced spiritual armor.
Attributes: +55% ballistic resistance, +50% spiritual resistance, +15% ballistic damage, +12 spiritual power and +300 max health.

It would be the combination of the 2 armors with a small increase in the attributes, it would be a very expensive item but it would also be a very strong item.
