full vision is enabled while spectating friends' ranked games- could be abused by people feeding info to friends

I'm spectating a friend who's playing ranked and realised I can see where everyone is on the map, including enemies D:
(sorry if this is in the wrong place since it might not technically be a bug but it seems like it could be abused pretty easily so I thought maybe it belonged here)
EDIT: NEVER MIND I FORGOT ABOUT THE DELAY, IT'S PROBABLY NOT A PROBLEM

Yeah there's like 1min delay so it's useless.
