Frozen

I Lagged and when my connection came back i was frozen in place and couldnt do anything for 4 minutes so i left and now i cant join back the match

I am having this issue in almost every game.

My game will freeze briefly in almost every match, not sure if its a driver issue or the game but it seems specific to deadlock (its not bad enough to be a major problem but is noticeable).
Rx7800xt, 5700x, 32 gb ddr4 3600 mhz, wd black 1tb m.2 4.0 ssd.
