Friend's game crashes, please help

Hi everyone, I recently downloaded a game. I tried to play it, but it just keeps crashing. I can play for anywhere from 1 to 7 minutes, and then it crashes again. I've verified the files, reinstalled the game, and I have no mods installed. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
