I've been having an issue recently where I try to spectate matches (friends, or watch tab, doesn't matter) and it just sticks at connecting to match. I've let it sit for ten minutes before and it never loads. Picking a different match may or may not work. Eventually I can find one that does load, but if I'm not able to load one within a few seconds it just never loads.
