Freezing bug

Will be playing the match and then everything will freeze and characters will be taking damage but no one is moving. I can't leave the game to reset my character because when I do it just kicks me from the game and I can't rejoin

Same happened to me after having an internet DC for like 5 secs.
See attached video.

I also sometimes have issues with a similar bug in Dota, but a reconnect always fixes it.
Sadly can't do that here yet.

Thread 'Game desyncing/freezing since new patch'

I keep desyncing and freezing since the new patch. I can see my ping is under 30. The ping is not frozen, I can see it hopping around 27-30 during desyncs and freezes.

This has happened in 2/3 matches today. This clip is the most egregious. Most times it would freeze up for a few seconds. This time it was stuck for the rest of the game.
