TL;DR: Game freezes/crashes when a soul orb is visible to the camera.
This started with the latest patch. I haven't encountered this issue before, and nobody else seems to have experienced it either.
I'm playing on a 64GB LCD Steam Deck, with Deadlock on a microSD card.
I have tried:
Notably, the orbs function correctly, giving souls as long as the camera does not see them.
Souls from troopers, the urn, and (likely) players all manage to freeze/crash the game.
The performance overlay also freezes.
The game does not resume once frozen.
If anybody could offer support, I would be highly grateful.

- Various Proton Versions (Latest, Experimental, Hotfix, Beta)
- Restarting
- Shut Down + Restart
- Validating Game Files
- Forcing DX11 instead of Vulkan
