Framerate at game start is always good at 120+ FPS and then as the game goes on it progressively gets more and more laggy, even down to 50-70fps average at 25+ mins. Also noticed that the game does not utilize more than 45% GPU and CPU at any point during the game. Have tried both low and high graphics, and plenty of other things trying to find a solution. Lowering graphics past everything Low/Off at 1920x1080 100res scale doesn't seem to help and even feels like it gets worse. Wondering if anyone else has these issues.
