I am also having stuttering issues, not sure what info to give to make this more useful. It can happen from the start of the game to the end. It feels like its happening most when in fights with other players (at minimum two enemy players on screen?) but ive been more worried about playing the game than tracking this.
Knowing if this is a known issue would be great.
