FPS / Performance problems since 10-10 update

I have fps issues, in the past i had like 120 fps average and now i have around 50 fps
as far as i know the only thing that changed was the update
on teamfights this number drops easily below 50 making the game barely playable
i have a rtx30 series graphics card - i5-9600 - 16gb ddr4 ram
is there anything i can post or provide to diagnose the root of the problem?

Before the update it was 180-200, after it became 60-100
rtx 4060
