FPS drops while shopping and spectating with 8000hz mouse

I am using a mouse witth 8000hz polling rate and whenever i move my mouse fast while spectating someone or shopping fps goes 250 to 25 instantly but when i switch to 1000hz its working fine. I don't really know about mouses maybe its could be something pc spec releated.
