Fps drops between 8pm and 9pm GMT

Hey, everybody. Faced such a problem that up to 20 pm fps is stable (on my build 120-130). As soon as it comes 20:15 and later (up to 21 hours GMT) then in the match:
1 loading on game start takes longer than usual
2 fps drops to 15-25.
No one has not encountered this?

This happens not only in a classic 6 on 6 match, but also in the “Learning” “Branch Game” as well

it is extremely likely your computer is just updating or something in the background at that scheduled time
