FPS particularly always chugs opening shops, and since this happened every game is like this. The game also stutters for sometimes even seconds at a time. Adjusting my Stretch render scale down from 100% made me lose the FPS to begin with and then it never went back up. I tried adjusting because of the microstutters which are now huge and make playing impossible. Huge swathes of teamfights are a freezeframe for 3+ seconds while I just hope my inputs went through.
FPS dropped from ~140avg to 50 fps, restarting and reinstalling hasn't fixed
