FPS drop after long play time

After the patch FPS drop from 1xx to 2x graduately during gameplay
Need to restart the game to go back to normal FPS.
And then the FPS drops again after certain amount of play time

i have this exact issue, after i play for more than 2 games, the game suddenly goes from 100+ fps down to 30fps, i have to restart the game to fix this (possibly memory leak maybe?)

Same issue! Maybe it's a memory problem, other Valve games suffer from the same thing. It's very common in games actually.

Same issue with FPS drop. Today was the sickest of that issue. I have 200+ fps and I've got huge fps drop a lot of times to 1-10 fps today.
