Four Blacksmith Weapon items

I'm making a hero that's a blacksmith. One of his abilities is a passive that gives him his own personal shop which he spends points on that he gets form leveling up his passive. I think some of the items I made are pretty interesting independent of the blacksmith so they'll be getting their own posts for consideration as items.

Deconstruct
Weapon
Costs 500
Deal +20% weapon damage against NPCs.
Passive
Shooting an NPC gives you +15% firerate for 3 seconds.
Cooldown 5 seconds.

Furious Leap
Weapon
Costs 1250
+15% weapon damage.
Passive
Your next Heavy Melee can travel up to 20 meters at 16m/s as long as you keep the button held down the whole time.
Cooldown 20s.

Vindictive
Weapon
Costs 3000
+20% weapon damage
+10% bullet resist
+10% weapon resist
Activated ability
You have weapon damage equal to the % of your health that is missing for the duration.
Cooldown 35s.
Duration 5s.

Blazing Hot Iron
Weapon
Costs 6200
+200 bonus health
+1 Stamina
+15 regen.
Activated ability
Cooldown 40s
Duration 5 seconds.
You and enemies within 15 meters lose 5% of your maximum HP per second.
You have +2 movespeed
+50% weapon damage
+50% stamina regeneration
+25% firerate
 
1. Burst fire for npcs, seems a little average but I can see some fun ricochet firerate builds with this, good simple stuff.
2. Jesus christ man, what? I love the idea but I think we fail to realize how far 20m is and how fast 16m/s is. Genuinely terrifying item. Love it.
3. Feels like a more situational berserker, not really worth it though.
4. I like this because it really leans into that risk/reward, though it would need to always have some kind of leech item with it. Maybe swap the stamina regeneration for lifesteal?

Yea besides the npc damage I think the ability to shoot an npc then turn on a player is cool.

I think 20 meters is about how far a dash-jump goes. idk I think it's fair.

I think you're right it's slightly weaker than a tier 3 should be. I think it neeeds the added feature "and 1/5th of that as bullet lifesteal." So if you're at 50% health the whole 5 seconds you activated it you'll have +50% damage and +10% bullet lifesteal. This will keep you hanging around longer at low hp. I think with the base 20% damage and the resistances this brings the total power level into proper tier 3 levels. Reduce the cooldown to 25 seconds though.

I don't think lifesteal would fit the flavor. The idea is that you're burning hot and hurting yourself as you run in a powerful mode. Healing yourself during that just wouldn't fit. The regeneration makes more sense because it helps you recover faster after the fact.
