Happened last night. The Seven on my team was somehow free-walking at rooftop height. Didn't take lightning damage either. Not sure how he got up there.

they are going into the opening of the zipline (like where you spawn at the very start of the game) then running to a corner and using the unstick hero command in the esc menu to get out of it
