Near the Nursery and the Fish Market, there are floating pieces of building. They have geometry and can be climbed on, get stuck on and can prevent bullets from going through. They are only visible from this side.
In addition, jumping pads on that roof seem to create artifacts after being loaded for over a minute (look on the path of the smoke, black lines)
I have not managed to reproduce the problem on other vents. Here are my graphics settings to replicate, although it has been reported by other users too. I tried turning off FSR, as well as changing Distance Field Shadows (since they caused issues in the past in other situations), but the problem keeps appearing.
