I was playing a Street Brawl when it gave me 5 active items as Paige. I don't remember exactly how it happened, I think it happened when i got an active item as a bonus item. I couldn't use the item in the 5th slot, but I just found it odd. Whenever I would sell one, the one in the fifth slot would move to the first slot.
For example, in the screenshot provided, when I put in Refresher, it moved Divine Barrier to active slot 1, Slowing Hex to slot 2, Rescue Beam to slot 3, and Refresher to slot 4 (if I remember correctly. Point is, it moved Decay to the mythical "slot 5" and I couldn't use it anymore, despite it still taking up a slot).
