first ban in my life Appeal

I got permanently banned no warning or anything after I kept crashing and trying to rejoin and sometimes even people threating to report me just because I crash in a middle of a game it's not my fault please unban my account. I actually found out what was making my game crash, so it won't happen anymore please.
