Final missile of pocket barrage doesn't spawn/animate

I'm not sure how to replicate, but it happens to me most often early in matches. I use Pocket's barrage skill and three missiles fly out, and I remain floating but the fourth missile either does not fire or is invisible, I'm not sure which.
