Fathom Reefdweller Harpoon bugs

If you use Fathom's 3 while sliding, it just auto cancels, it doesn't go on cooldown so I'm not sure if it's actually intended or not.

While you're on a wall with his 3, you can move very slowly and if you move far enough away, the other harpoon charges don't seem to work. It'll do the harpoon animation but fathom doesn't actually move to where it hit.

I've noticed this as well, when I'm hanging on to a wall with my tri-skill I can move slowly or even levitate through the keyboard!
