So idea there is making Fathom(Slork best creature) into mystical and unknown diver that scares s*** out of u especially from sudden attacks.
How do we do that?
We turn it into dude wearing old diving suit that makes u see no face and and only emits slight mystireous yellow light(or white thick light) from its helmet window(or any other way of making this creature something that makes u fear unknown).Also from story point character can be mystical,water Schrödinger,where like,character seems to lag or not exist and exist in same time because of being not in particular ocean(i know Haze is basically same with like being shadow,but there its to extent of being not even completly sentient and actually being kind of corrupted by power and created from this power creature that possed diver suit of human that had it when first storms started).Gun can stay the same,underwater shotgun is great stuff for diver.Also this being mostly silent and only after kills or dying it makes sound,but isnt speaking.
Now,first ability visually is changed from water to light beam from helmet,like u are beacon,so thematically and by idea if ability stays same,it dissasembles your "armor" from existing stand point(increasing damage from gun),like it "eats" u.Placeholder name is "Beacon".
Third abilty is (placeholder name) "Return to Original" or "Blood Puddle" depending on which concept thematically makes sense and also is passive,which after killing any enemy(creep,jungle or hero) leaves puddle of water or blood with either certain chance or on cooldown.Conceptually it either just somehow leaves nothing after killing enemy just water puddle turning them into what they and their ancestors came from,or for other concept it makes connection with how character wants to always return to ocean and restore stability of its existance,because blood consist of water u know.Those puddles heal u when u stand in them and give u a little bit increased defense stats(resists) by 10% maybe(heal less from creeps and jungles).
Second ability is (placeholder name) "Water Echo" which is also movement ability but isnt jump but dive into one place and reappering from other,like teleport but only from surface to surface,visually looks like Fathom jumping into water hole that is actually portal,like white hole and black hole.
Ult is something I call,"Unexistance" for which I have two concepts
1)After activation smoothly changes light of your helmet to red and makes water to drip from every possible place of costume and makes u to become little bit trasperent and make really silent sound of radio interference.
For some duration gives u ability to go through walls and makes u take significant amount of damage if u will not leave before ability ends,then in any case,anyone will reappear outside wall from same portal u make with second ability,but enemys also take spiritual damage as well as allies(but it doesn't gives wallhack,just little window of view,u actully don't know where u go mostly) and there comes several diffrent ideas that can be made for what exactly u will do after activation of this ult concept:
1.Just straight up increasing of different stats for duration of ult and maybe heal u if u dont fight at least for 3 seconds(%regen can stay as just passive actually).
2.Being able to take two more ally heroes with u through walls.
3.Being able to take enemy inside walls and take to your team to kill.U just take this enemy by your hands and deliver through walls.
2)Is basically glitch state,u matirealise and poof every 2 seconds,which is actually giving u invisible and invulnerable for two seconds and then returns u back and forth between those two states.
For now,this is end of my thread,but probably I will change it further at least once.
Of course suggestions,critism and any way of improving this idea is absolutely awaited and would be absolutely necessary.
