Steps to reproduce:
1. Use the harpoon to cling to the upper edge of a wall next to a ceiling
2. Hop off and immediately use breach
3. now you're on top of the room/tunnel/geometry
Honestly kind of cool to access the in-between spaces, it's like being a hound of tindalos.
Doubt this is intentional even if the ability IS named Breach, would be really cool as a feature but i can't even begin to figure out how that could be implemented
