Fatal error on start-up

Hi, I'm on linux (Fedora Kinoite) with an NVIDIA graphics card and AMD cpu. Whenever i start the game, it flashes a window before immediately closing and giving a fatal error, reading "AppSystemDict: Error in Init() of interface 'RenderDeviceMgr001'!". I've tried reinstalling, verifying the game files, and updating my system, but there's been no change to behavior. i can run all of my other games just fine, this is just happening on deadlock
