Failure to reconnect leading to temp ban

Queued for a match and found one but unfortunately was disconnected before I even saw what character I was. Tried to reconnect several times before I eventually got a 2 hour or so temp ban for leaving a match before it was done

Edit: To clarify, when I would press reconnect it would appear in the top right that I was reconnecting and the screen would go into its normal loading and then it would send me back to the main lobby

I'm issues like that too. I'm not sure what to think is causing these problems.

Also had this happen, didn't even load in, no option to reconnect and now I have a timeout.
