Failed to create Dx11 render device

The game suddenly crashed and I couldn't reopen it. After restarting, I was able to open the game, but it showed that I couldn't connect to the CDN node and couldn't reconnect to the game.

When I couldn't reopen it, it prompted me with this:


Regarding this issue, I have some thoughts. Currently, my graphics card seems to have some problems. The DP port connection to my graphics card is unstable, causing occasional black screens and the graphics card to idle. This appears to be due to resolution switching when the signal is lost. Later, I moved the DP port to the motherboard, but this caused occasional screen flickering. I suspect that the problem might be related to something like screen resolution switching.

However, I find it strange that I must restart to resolve this issue.

Additionally, after restarting, the game shows that it cannot connect to the CDN, which I also find very strange.

In the end, we lost the game, and I feel largely responsible (；＿；).

I have the same problem too, was playing a full on pvp match and then my game crashed mid-fight and I had to Alt+F4 the game to try and reboot it just to see the same "CRenderDeviceMgrDx11::Init(): Failed to create Dx11 render device!" window. I went to open up a different game that also utilizes DirectX11 to check and see, the same pop-up shows up. Thus, forcing me to forcefully restart my PC to reboot the game, which caused my lane to be completely be overrun :') and got penalized because I crashed mid-fight.

Though, I do hope that we will get a crash dump/tracker or some form to allow us to share further info on what is the plausible issue that is causing the crashes

Also, when I first booted up the game, it warned me that my NVIDIA graphics driver was out-of-date even though I double checked my graphics driver version in my PC manufacturer's website to be up-to-date.
