Extreme RAM usage and unusual visual effects

Extreme RAM usage issue:
Just running the application uses 4gb of RAM, and matches run smoothly, but approximately after ~20 minutes of the match, memory usage spikes to ~95% and uses around 6-8gb of RAM. This causes huge lags especially near the enemy base, and only stop after restarting the game.

Visual effects issue:
Inconsistently triggers during the early(sometimes right away) or middle stages of the match, and doesn't dissapear until restarting the game.
The effect consists of vertical or horizontal stripes, that alternate between different rendering modes(?).

Here's a demonstration in the attachment below:

It's definitely a Vulcan issue, seems to be full bighting in zones.

I want to coin the term the "Shutter Blinds" bug cause it looks like window blinds and hurts my eyes at the same time lol.
That said some times I get much better frame rate on Vulcan than DX so it's mostly worth it.

Definitely well worth documenting for community and devs and since you have posted a thread I figured I wont just make my own but rather post in here instead.

Will report that I think I was using Vulcan for a little whilst before the bug it's self presented it's self but I'm an unreliable source on that cause I was more focused on my precious frame rate. There certainly was a point where the bug was 100% persistent and after an update or so it more or less seemed to be gone and yet...here we are with it presenting it's self again.

I did experiment with some of the settings to see if it changed but never found some kind of pattern, it was present with fully lowered basic settings and with a few things tuned up too

EDIT: Addendum.

Yeah no, il take the shutter blinds over 7 nuking my frame rate any day, hurts more the the DOT...

I will note that I noticed the game visuals glitch more when im running in performance/cool and quiet mode.

It doesn't remove it completely but its significantly easier to forget there was ever a bug.

I'm on a Zepyhrus g14 so, hardware is ryzen 9 and nvidia rtx3060, 32gb ram but dont remember what type.
