Had huge FPS swings, down to 2-3 second long full freezes (<1 FPS). Seems to get worse as match progresses, but is especially bad in the shop menu (~5-10 fps) and in the respawn/base shop area. Dropping settings didn't seem to affect it and lower resolutions didn't either (4k -> 1440p -> 1080p tested). Even fully quitting game and reverifying didn't improve anything on rejoin. In previous weeks I've had ~100-120 fps on default settings.
Two match IDs today where it was basically unplayable it was dropping so bad:

Latest drivers (565.90)
Performance tools didn't seem to indicate any resource being close to maxed out (CPU load, memory, VRAM, etc...)
